It’s been an exciting time recently at Schools Plus, just last week we announced that we’ve started operating at Laureate Academy, and now we’re here to tell you about our newest partner school: Harris Invictus Academy Croydon!
We are thrilled to start working alongside this exciting all-through school in Croydon, South London. Our on-site operations at the academy will be taken care of by our experienced Venue Manager, Karol Stanczak, who had this to say about starting work there:
I’m very much looking forward to managing the lettings of the state-of-the-art facilities at Harris Academy Invictus Croydon. I can’t wait to welcome the local community and businesses in South London to the academy.

This modern academy first opened its doors in 2014 so you can be assured the facilities here are of the highest standards. Speaking of the facilities, as always with a new school we can’t wait to start telling you about the wonderful new booking opportunities they have for you so let’s take a quick tour.
First, we’d like to start with we think will be one of the most popular facilities at the academy, the Sports Hall.
This impressive, multi-functional Sports Hall is a large venue that can fit up to 200 people making it perfect for large club bookings. There is scope to play a wide range of sports in here, with equipment and markings for the following; Football, Badminton, Handball, Volleyball, Gymnastics and more.
Keeping with the fitness theme, another great place for active bookings at Harris Invictus Academy Croydon is the Dance Studio.
This extremely well-presented studio is the ideal home for dance bookings along with other fitness classes. The room is well furnished with half-wall length mirrors along one side, black out curtains along the other walls and is very well lit.
Another facility we’re very excited about is the Main Hall. This flexible space can be used for a wide variety of events, as you can see in this photo when they had table tennis set up!
Other events you can use the Main Hall for include community gatherings and business meetings and conferences. The space can fit up to 220 people, so this is a great faciality for any larger scale booking at the academy.
Away from these highlighted facilities, there are plenty of other venues to consider here including a variety of classrooms (including a specialist food tech room), an Multi-Use-Games-Area which is perfect for outside active bookings and a large dining hall which is a great venue to book alongside other bookings at the academy.
