We started this week (and this year!) by announcing the exciting news that we are now open and accepting bookings at our latest partner school; Sir Simon Milton University Technical College! We couldn’t be more excited to share this amazing school with you all and we can’t wait to see it busy and thriving on the evenings, weekends and school holidays to come.
Sir Simon Milton UTC is a modern college that only recently opened in 2017, so you can be sure everything here is still of the highest standards. The college is located in Pimlico, London in a very central location near to Victoria station making it extremely easy to access.
In today’s blog we wanted to quickly run down the fantastic facilities that are now available for you to hire! Let’s start this mini tour with what we think will be a popular venue within the school; the Sports Hall.
The Sports Hall can accommodate up to 50 guests and comes fitted with internal air conditioning and blue lino flooring. The hall is ideally suited, with line markings included, for badminton and netball games but can also accommodate general fitness activities such as dance groups and circuit training.
Another place for active bookings at Sir Simon Milton UTC is the Activity Studio! This multi-functional studio space has a range of equipment to use including gym mats and table tennis tables. With air conditioning included here as well, this could be a great space for Yoga or Zumba!
Moving outside now to the seriously impressive Roof Terrace! This unique facility boosts some incredible views of the surrounding London skyline, making it the perfect backdrop to host everything from community gatherings to formal occasions.
As with the majority of our partner schools Sir Simon Milton UTC kindly offers the use of its classrooms. Each classroom comes complete with speakers, projectors, whiteboard access and the ability to accommodate up to 30 guests each. The rooms are the perfect settings to host tuition classes, language schools, and skill workshops.
If you wanted a more formal space than the classrooms provided, then there is a professional Meeting Room available to hire at the college. This room contains a large boardroom style table within it, making it the perfect setting to host business meetings and smaller conferences.
