- What is an activity that you enjoy doing in your spare time away from work?
I write and make movies in my spare time as well as do improv comedy as part of a team.
- How long have you worked for Schools Plus?
I have been at Schools Plus nearly five years.
- If you were stranded on a desert island and could only bring 3 things, what would you choose to bring and why?
An ipod, I have to have music every day. Stoner by John Williams, my favourite book. Probably food as I should take something practical!
- What is your favorite part about working for Schools Plus?
I enjoy the flexibility the job can offer and the fact that every day offers new challenges and experiences.
- You are a crayon in the box what colour would you be and why?
Orange. Because it’s the best colour.

- Can you describe a typical working day for you?
I like to get up early and check my email and messages first thing. Deal with any issues that might have come up.
Then I normally sort out my to do list for the day and work on those. I often take a mid-day break and go the gym and then a few times a week I will head into the Globe and help on shift or meet with the school.
- What’s your favorite film and why?
The Goonies. It’s just the best film ever made. If I ever need a pick me up I watch it and it always make me happy. “Goonies never say die.”
- What do you think the future holds for Schools Plus?
I think Schools Plus will keep expanding, both in schools and in its organisation. There have been many huge leaps for the company in the time I have been with them and it is exciting to see all the new improvements and people coming. I think the future looks very good for Schools Plus!
