Schools Plus are delighted to partner with The Archer Academy to provide access to their outstanding facilities to the local community on evenings, weekends and school holidays.
We’d like to use this blog as an opportunity to present to you some of the standout facilities located at both the Archer Academy Lower School Campus and the Archer Academy Upper School Campus. The Lower School is located on Stanley Road and the Upper School on Beaumont Close, both close by in East Finchley, North London.
Before we dive into our preview, we thought it would be great to hear from our Venue Manager who looks after the academy, with his thoughts on the standout facilities at each location!
The Archer Academy is an amazing venue to host your bookings and events; With two sites to pick from, there are plenty of options when it comes to choosing the right space for your booking. At the Stanley Road campus there are facilities available for sports, drama, kid’s activities or parties; we cater for all and our staff are always happy and willing to help with any on site queries. We also have a lovely 3G football pitch which is perfect for teams looking for a nice place to train in the winter months!
At the Beaumont Close site, much like Stanley Road, we have plenty of classrooms available which are perfect for language schools or tuition. We also have very nice dance studios at both sites which are ideal for those keen on yoga, dance and martial arts.

Following on from what Adam said, lets look at our first facility; the 3G Pitch at the Stanley Road campus. This popular pitch has a high quality and well-maintained playing surface with floodlights available so you can play until late. The pitch is perfect for 9 aside games or junior 11 aside matches.
If you prefer staying active indoors then the Sports Hall, again at the Stanley Road campus, could be the perfect host venue. This multi-functional venue has line markings and equipment set out for a range of activities which include; basketball, badminton, fencing, netball, dodgeball, gymnastics and dance. The hall has nearby changing rooms ready to use, making this a great venue for team-based events and competitions.
Let’s briefly switch over to the Beaumont Close campus to take a look at the Dance Studio. This space can accommodate up to 30 guests and comes complete with a mirrored wall, speaker system and can be divided into two with a partition. A great studio location for regular Dance and Fitness classes as well as more low impact activities such as Yoga and Thai Chi!
The final facility we’d like to preview are the classrooms, available at both Stanley Road campus and Beaumont Close campus. We love how versatile classrooms can be and they often turn out to be among the most popular facilities at our partner schools. Activities, events and groups you can run in these classrooms include tuition classes, language courses, workshops, smaller business meetings, worship groups and more!
