Thanks to our constant commitment to streamlining the process, we believe it has never been easier to book an activity or event with us. We never want potential customers to feel like they wouldn’t know where to start when trying to book with us.
We’re sharing Five Easy Steps to book in with us below.

1. Have Your Activity Or Event Planned Out
It’s very helpful to have your activity or event planned out before you contact us. We will be asking you key questions along the booking process such as what activity you will be running, how many attendees will attend, and which facility would you like to use.
The more details you know about your booking before contacting us, the quicker the booking process can be. Having the answers to these questions ready also ensures that we can be confident to host your booking safely at the appropriate venue and facility.
We are of course more than happy to assist you with any questions you may have concerning your booking, so please do not worry if you do not know all the answers to the questions listed above before contacting us.

2. Find A Suitable Schools Plus Venue
With an ever-growing number of Partner Schools in our catalogue, there is a wide range of options to choose from when deciding where you’d like to host your activity or event with us. We have our constantly updated Venue Finder on our website that we believe is the best tool to use when picking which venue to book in with us. [Link Here]
Knowing which of our Partner Schools that you’d like to hire can help speed the booking process up considerably, however, do not worry if you’re still unsure as our Enquiries Team are more than happy to help guide you in this process and offer you a choice of our suitable venues local to you to decide from.

3. Get In Contact With Us
With your activity or event in mind and a Partner School host venue decided, now is the perfect time to get in touch with us directly to get the booking process firmly underway. We have a few different ways to get in touch with us, which we will go through now.
One of these options is to contact us over the phone, on the details found at the end of this blog, where a member of our Enquires Team will be able to assist you and guide you through the booking process then and there.
Alternatively, you can email us directly with your booking request, again using the details found at the end of this blog. As we touched on during the first step, the more details that you can include in this initial email to us then the quicker the booking process will be.
Another way of starting the booking process with us is by filling in one of our online Enquiry Forms that you can find on our website when visiting a home page of any of our Partner Schools. It can be helpful if you use the Enquiry Form found on the homepage of the venue that you’d wish to use, although we can always change your requested venue along the booking process.

4. Discuss Your Booking Further With Our Enquiries Team
After you make initial contact with us, our Enquiries Team will then reach out to you to confirm your details and to confirm if we’ve been able to potentially secure your desired time and location or if not then to suggest alternative dates to you.
Our Enquiries Team will also confirm with you if this booking will be a one-off event or if you wanted to secure feature dates as well at the same time. Other questions the team will ask at this stage include checking if Under 18’s or Vulnerable Adults will be present at your booking and if so then they will explain to you our DBS policy.
The Enquiries Team will also check if you plan to have any food during your bookings, if your booking is an event or a party and, if you are taking part in a sports booking, they will also ask if you are a club.
Please be aware that if you are planning a one-off event, a party or other likewise complex bookings then you will be directed over to a member of our Sales Team who will be better equipped to be able to handle your bespoke booking needs.

5. Make Payment and Sign Booking Agreement
The final step in our five-stage booking process concerns payment and signing our booking agreement.
For the vast majority of our bookings, we will ask for payment as soon as we have you booked in, however, please be aware that this can change in certain circumstances and our experienced Enquiries Team are always available to try to assist the best we can when it comes to taking payment.
The booking agreement is your contact with us, that will need to be signed, either digitally or scanned and signed by hand, beforehand for your booking to be able to take place. This is the last step in the booking process and is vitally important as the agreement demonstrates that you are aware of the safety regulations and practices that we expect from you when on-site with us, as well as the procedures our staff will undertake to ensure your safety as well as your enjoyment when visiting our venues.
All that’s left after going through the booking process is for you to enjoy your booking with us and hopefully come back and visit us again!
