We’re delighted to announce that we are now working alongside The Harefield Academy. We’re excited to help them continue to allow their fantastic facilities to be available for the local community to hire and enjoy!
We’re thrilled to gain this wonderful new partner school and we can’t wait to tell you all about the numerous new booking opportunities that we have available there.
The Harefield Academy is a secondary school and sixth form found in the village of Harefield in Uxbridge, West London. The academy looks to celebrate Achievement through Active Learning and has the admirable overall goal to provide all of their students with the highest quality education.
The academy has a long history of providing their local community the opportunity to hire their facilities. We’re thrilled to have the chance to come in and help that continue and we’ll be doing everything possible to make the transition as seamless as possible to support the wonderful existing customers here.
The facilities here really are of the highest quality and we’d like to show you a few of the standout venues now. Hopefully, this brief tour of the academy will give you an idea of just how many different activities and events can be hosted here.
We’ll start things off with the Sports Hall. This hall features a full-sized basketball court (complete with a scoreboard) with equipment and line markings available to play a wide variety of sports including badminton, cricket, netball, volleyball and table tennis.
Away from traditional sports, you can also use the sports hall to run fitness class, dance classes and other activities such as karate, archery and judo just to name a few. The hall is very modern, fantastically well-kept and comes complete with sprung wood flooring making it suitable for gymnastics as well.
Moving outside now and to the full sized 3G Pitch. This picturesque and popular pitch is perfect for anything from football league nights all the way to children’s birthday parties. You can book the pitch full size or book it out in 3rds, making up to three 7 aside pitches.
If you didn’t want to use the 3G playing surface for your football game then there are a couple of Grass Pitch alternatives nearby. There is a full size 11 aside football pitch marked out as well the smaller 9 aside pitch close by!
Another great spot for outside active bookings is the Multi-Use-Games-Area (MUGA). There are markings and equipment on the MUGA for tennis, netball and basketball. You could also utilise this venue as an outdoor location to host events should you require the space.
Moving back inside again for the last facility we’re going to preview; the classrooms. There are a wide range of classrooms available to book at The Harefield Academy with the majority including whiteboards and all classrooms including the use of their tables and chairs.
These multi-functional venues can be used for a variety of activities including teaching, meetings, workshops, language schools, and worship groups to name a few. We’re always hosting something different in our classrooms each week so please do enquire with your booking, no matter how unique!
