We couldn’t do what we do at Trinity School without our wonderful staff there. So to celebrate this we sat down with two of these staff members for a quick chat about all things Trinity…

Q) Hello, thank you both for joining us. Could you introduce yourselves?
Sam: My name is Sam Kalirai and I am the Venue Manager for Trinity School.
Lorraine: Hi, my name is Lorraine Johnson Evaristo and I’m Team Leader at Trinity School!
Q) How long have you both worked at Trinity School?
Sam: I started at Trinity in June 2017, so just a little over two years.
Lorraine: I have worked for School Plus from 2007 and joined Trinity School in 2017.
Q) Do you have any favourite memories or moments working at Trinity?
Sam: The most recent moment I enjoyed was working with Lorraine on a Sunday. We had a new customer start within a building we did not previously hire. There was a risk of upsetting a current customer, but we were able to work together to ensure customer satisfaction. We had a very positive email from the client after who knew this would be a challenge for us.
Lorraine: I have plucked out an old memory from years ago. Towards the end of a booking it started snowing and the children were getting excited and in the car park they started throwing snowballs at each other and one landed on me. They were surprised to get one back. Their coach told them I would be their new goalie with that quick reaction. It was nice to interact with them.
Q) Finally, what would you say you love most about working at Trinity?
Sam: What I love about working at Trinity is our relationships with our friendly customers, my close working relationship with Lorraine who is always on the ball and the regular open lines of communication with our client. These three things are what make Trinity such a joy to work at.
Lorraine: Providing our customers with great customer service and making them feel special so they come back year after year to enjoy themselves at Trinity. Also, having Sam as my manager, we have a great working relationship which is so important.
Thanks to both Sam and Lorraine for joining us on the blog.
